Harford Emergency & Referral Veterinary Services occupies a building custom-built in Bel Air to meet the special requirements of an animal ER. The hospital features state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical equipment, including a dedicated Intensive Care Unit. HERVS offers the most advanced animal emergency care available in Harford County with 24 hour nursing care for the safety and welfare of our patients.
